
MaxiMeal Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 60 g MaxiMeal
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Use any MaxiMeal flavour for variety
METHOD
Mix MaxiMeal with milk in a shaker bottle or blender until smooth. Pour into a jar or bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Mix well, allow to sit for a few minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate overnight until thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
Serve chilled.
