INGREDIENTS

  • 60 g MaxiMeal
  • 250 ml cold milk
  • 1 banana
  • 4–6 ice cubes, optional

METHOD

Add MaxiMeal, milk, and banana to a shaker bottle or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. For a colder, thicker shake, add 4–6 ice cubes before blending.
