- 250 ml cold milk
- 4–6 ice cubes, optional
METHOD
Add MaxiMeal and cold milk to a shaker bottle or blender. Shake or blend until smooth and creamy. For an extra-thick, chilled shake, add 4–6 ice cubes before blending.
